You question authority and are still trying to find your place in this world.
You're quite rebellious, and you don't like being told what to do. You like to do things your way.

upcat results for batch 2008 are here! wow. it seemed like yesterday that we were looking at the same website just to know if we made it. and now we're looking just to know whether the next generation shared the same fate with us. time just flies so fast. a moment ago we're 'freshies', now it's our time to congratulate those who made it (and to console those who didn't). haha. though i was surprised that they released the results earlier than usual (ateneo already had their list of successful applicants. and upcat results usually come a month or so later.) oh well. at least we're done with math 17. we're halfway through math 53. now it's their time to suffer. *evil laugh*. (however, since 2nd year is always a notch higher than 1st year, we still have to endure 3 more maths, and the so-called dreadful es11. (i still cannot say if es11 is horrible or not until i get to take it.) waah.) the new upcat results (and the newest batch of "iskolars ng bayan") just remind me how fast i'm turning old. haha. oh well. time to face the fact that sooner or later we're no longer freshmen, and we're moving a step higher on the eee ladder. haha. to batch 2008: congratulations, and welcome to up! [well at least i'm happy she made it through up - and through mbb! knowing that only a few make it through mbb, i'm proud of her. haha. *big smile*]

wow. good luck to me. chem16 exam's tomorrow (3-5 PM) and it is in conflict with my eee11 class (1-4 PM). what am i going to do? getting a late exam wouldn't help. my stupid chem16 professor (name not mentioned for security purposes. haha.) assumed that there will be no conflict in the schedule of the exam, and though if i told her, she just mentioned "good luck na lang sa'yo.*smirk*" grrr. i suppose it would be fine to leave class early (as i always do every meeting, because i get to finish the machine exercises early). however, there may still be the possibility that i would need all the time (until 4 PM) to finish all the machine exercises (and i think i've never left class for as early as 3:00). and i wouldn't cut the class since the machine problem is due the next week and i still don't know whether my program works in linux (and it has bugs yet to be fixed.) besides, i promised (whatever...) never to cut classes again. well, for this semester. haha. so, what will i do? well i suppose i have no other option but to attend class, then leave early, whether i get to finish the machine exercise or not. i'll just go to class early so i wouldn't get the erratic terminal (the one that tends to disconnect.) that i got the last time we had a meeting (which was last year.) i'm definitely not taking any classes (other than pe or nstp (next year)) on a saturday next sem. i hate it when my exams are in conflict with my classes. oh well. wish me luck tomorrow. hope i get to leave class early (and in time for the exam.)
